I was amazed by the responsiveness and excellent English of the hotel staff. They offered me a great deal and surpassed my expectations. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and in a wonderful location. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for walking around or taking a taxi. The rooms were well-equipped and the shared bathroom was always clean. I loved the small library where I could relax and the friendly staff made me feel like a local. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh homemade cakes that were a highlight of my stay.
All was more than okay, nothing to improve.

I chose this hotel because the owners spoke french. The rooms were clean and well decorated. I had airco in the room and breakfast was very nice. Also the rest of the house was cosy and well decorated.
For a b&b with only 5 rooms I had expected more a familiar ambiance. I had the impression the land lady was distant. It is perhaps I was the only man staying at the time and her husband was out. Perhaps if her husband was at home this would have been different. For safety reasons the front door was always locked. Meaning you always needed the help of the owner to get out and in. Think they will need to find another solution for this as for the guests this is not easy and also for the land lords this is difficult as they need to be available constantly.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the historical neighborhood of Santo Antonio in a local area which seemed to be safe. The location was ideal, being in a quiet area about 10-15 minutes walk away from the main historic area. The hotel had a lovely attention to detail, with beautifully decorated rooms that included a small library in which to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and the basic amenities were all in good condition. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which included fresh homemade cakes. It truly felt like a home away from home.
All was perfect, no improvements needed!

The hotel is conveniently located near the historical center and within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Pelourinho area. The breakfast provided is excellent, with a lot of fruit and fresh juice. The staff are very cute and friendly, providing great tips on what to do and see in the city. The hotel facilities are clean, and the nearby lovely square is an added advantage.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, as it was in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the main historic area. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast with fresh homemade cakes. Nice and Clean with Great Breakfast Options and Good Location This place had very clean rooms that were well maintained. the breakfast was delicious with fresh options every day. the location was great as it was located in a quiet and safe area, yet easily accessible to the heart of the city. It was easy to explore the city on foot.
Communication Can Be an Issue the only issue was that the language barrier made it a bit difficult to communicate, especially when it came to asking for recommendations or asking questions about the area. the staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us.

It is right on the edge of the historical district yet away from the main historic area, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are impeccably clean, tidy and have lovely wooden floors. breakfast is fantastic, with homemade options and fresh fruits.
The hotel lacks air conditioning, but a turbo fan is available in every room to ensure a cool and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was amazing and had really good vegan options! The staff was really helpful and friendly, even though we didn't speak the same language. the location was perfect, a quiet area but still close enough to the main historic area.
The bed was a little bit too hard for our liking and the walk up to the main area was a bit steep, especially after indulging in too much Christmas food and drink.
